In an on-going series of commercial productions, Club Metro USA worked with Flow on video content exploring the way the human spirit and even simple, everyday goals can become inspiring accomplishments. The Club Metro USA brand is based on deep, true inner change and growth, both in fitness and life in general.
To create this group of commercials, Flow looked to true stories from real members of the gym franchise to see what sorts of goals driving them. Sometimes the simplest goal is the toughest one of all: choosing a goal weight and striving for it as hard as you can. Everything in these spots was scripted, shot, directed and edited by Flow.
