Part of a series of spots developed by Flow for Quick and Dirty Fitness, this commercial production shows a group of office workers who are willing to go to whatever lengths to get their fitness goals in.

The approach to these videos was to walk a fine line between absurdism and relatability, and Flow took inspiration from true stories of people desperate to fit workout classes into their schedule to fuel the creative. Everything in these spots was scripted, shot, directed and edited by Flow.
